Ai-Dapps Co., Ltd. announced that it will launch 'Metaglobe', a real estate NFT indirect investment platform, in November at JUN&FRIENDS Co., Ltd., which was jointly established with Comfort & Custom Co., Ltd. ​

Metaglobe is a real estate NFT investment platform that allows you to acquire shares in the real estate by NFT, allocate operating income and trading profits as much as the invested shares, and freely sell the investment shares and NFT. Ai-Dapps was in charge of technical aspects such as overall planning and development of the Metaglobe platform. ​

As it is in the early stages of the project, it specializes in funding real estate products that remodel aging and undervalued small and medium-sized hotels to minimize risks to investors, stable profit structures, and give relatively short investment periods and high refunds. It is also aiming for an exit strategy that actively purchases non-performing loan (NPL) products held by the financial sector to increase their value and sell them through remodeling and direct operation of hotels. ​

In this regard, JUN&FRIENDS held a meta-glob business briefing and investment briefing at the Best Western Premier Hotel in Gangnam-gu in July. At the briefing session attended by about 30 invited investors, Metaglobe introduced the background of development, business direction, and investment products.
