AIDAPPS and Comfort&Custom Development of P2P Crowdfunding Platform MOU > News

AIDAPPS Co., Ltd. announced on the 11th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with its partner Comfort & Custom Co., Ltd. to jointly promote the "P2P Crowd Funding Project," which specializes in small and medium-sized hotel remodeling products.

The two companies established "Jun & Friends," a new corporation through investment through this MOU signing, and plan to open the service in the fourth quarter of this year by establishing a cooperative system along with online investment-linked financial business registration.

AIDAPPS will be in charge of the technology related to platform development, and Comfort & Custom will purchase existing undervalued small and medium-sized hotels and transform them into customized remodeling hotels such as business, family, lovers, spa, and pet hotels through analysis of surrounding commercial districts.

"With this agreement, we will join the P2P crowdfunding platform to secure more users and expand our business by conducting various businesses," said CEO of Comfort&Custom.

An official from AIDAPPS said, "Comfort & Custom is the best partner and will create great synergy by faithfully fulfilling their roles." We will be able to expand more diverse hotel remodeling businesses through the P2P crowdfunding platform, he added.
